At Ela Coffee, we strive to provide the best quality products and customer experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for in-store purchases.

1. In-Store Purchases Only

All purchases are made directly at our café.
There are no online transactions through our website.

2. Cancellations

Orders placed and confirmed in-store cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
Customers are encouraged to review their order carefully before confirmation.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

Incorrect item served
Missing item in the order
Product quality issue identified immediately at the time of purchase

Refund requests must be raised at the café counter immediately or within a reasonable time on the same day.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind after purchase
Personal taste or preference
Delays caused due to high order volume
Items that have been partially consumed
Promotional or discounted items (unless defective)

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment, where applicable.
Cash refunds may be issued at the discretion of the management.

6. Management Discretion

All refund and cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by Ela Coffee management.
The decision of the management shall be final and binding.
