• For pickup orders, please collect within the specified time to maintain product quality and freshness.

• Refunds will be provided only for incorrect, missing, or damaged items.
• Any complaints must be raised within 2 hours of receiving the order.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
• Refund eligibility will be determined at the sole discretion of Ela Coffee and Beverages Pvt. Ltd.

We expect all customers to maintain a respectful and friendly environment in-store and online.
Abuse, harassment, or misconduct toward our staff or other customers will not be tolerated and may result in denial of service.
